Are your products really handmade?

Yes — every rug, crochet piece, punch needle and cross stitch item is made by hand in South Africa. Small variations between pieces are part of the handmade process, not a flaw.

How long does it take to make an item?

Handmade pieces take time. Depending on the item and complexity, production can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. If you need something by a specific date, get in touch before ordering.

Do you take custom orders?

We do consider custom pieces from time to time. Reach out via the Contact page with what you have in mind and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Where do you ship?

We ship within South Africa. Reach out if you're hoping to order from outside the country and we'll see what we can do.

What's your return policy?

Because each piece is handmade, we assess returns on a case-by-case basis. If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us and we'll sort it out.

How do I care for my item?

Care depends on the piece and materials used — details are included with each product. When in doubt, hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.
